Dale has 38 years of experience in the utility construction industry. He began his career as a laborer and rose through the ranks to become President and COO of MRM Network of Companies and later SVP for Quanta Services. Dale joined Miller Pipeline in 2009 as an EVP and became president and COO in June 2020. Most recently, served as the President of the Union Gas Division at Artera since 2022. Dale has completed several prestigious leadership programs with MRM, Marquette University, and Harvard’s School of Key Executives. Dale was appointed to his current role as Chief Executive Officer of Artera in September 2025.

With over 15 years of legal experience, Harrison joined Artera Services in December 2019 and continued supporting the business. Previously, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, he was recently appointed as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel in October 2025.
Harrison has deep knowledge of the company and strong relationships with the operating businesses to lead a highly effective Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources function. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Law from Duke University.
Harrison is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

James was appointed Interim Chief Information Officer of Artera in September 2025, bringing more than a decade of leadership at the intersection of cybersecurity and business. He has held senior roles across global enterprises in energy, financial services, and fintech, where he guided organizations through regulatory challenges, complex M&A integrations, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Since joining DDS in 2015, Mike has held various roles in both the Heavy Civil and Natural Gas construction divisions. Throughout the course of his career, Mike has managed successful teams on numerous large-scale civil projects and assumed leadership over our gas distribution operations in multiple regions. The combined experience of project management, operational leadership, and customer engagement has equipped Mike for his current role as President.

With over three decades of financial leadership, Matt joined Artera Services in October 2024 as Chief Financial Officer.
Before joining Artera, Matt previously held leadership roles at Tosca Services, Fortna, Summit Midstream, Hiland Partners, and Wachovia Securities, where he led successful finance transformations and M&A activity.
Matt holds an MBA from Northwestern University, J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a BS in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.
Matt is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Gerry Keane started at Feeney Brothers as an intern in 1996 and grew his career through roles in operations and commercial management. From leading more than 35 crews in complex gas projects to strengthening customer partnerships, he has built nearly three decades of hands-on industry experience. Now as President, Gerry focuses on leading with safety, quality, and reliability while supporting employees, customers, and the communities Feeney Brothers serves.

Adam joined Artera in 2025 after leading HSE, Compliance, and Training for Miller Pipeline since 2023. His career in energy began in 2006 with Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania in their engineering department. Before Miller Pipeline, Adam worked as the Director of Contractor Performance at NiSource.
Adam leads all HSE operations in his current role, including developing and implementing safety training programs, coordinating with customers to ensure the best practices for field crews, and maintaining safety data and records.
Adam attended the general biology program at Penn State University and served in the U.S. Army for eight years.

Laura brings more than a decade of communications expertise, with the majority of her career focused on the utility construction industry. Since joining Artera in July 2020 as Vice President of Communications, Laura has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand and communication strategies. Prior to Artera, she led marketing and communications for Miller Pipeline, an Artera operating company.
Promoted to Chief Communications Officer in January 2024, Laura continues to elevate the Artera brand, drive employee engagement, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and investors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bridgewater State University.
Laura is based in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Kyle Ormsby serves as President of the South Gas Division at Artera, overseeing Southeast Connections, Versiv Solutions, Hydro-X, and Hydro-X II. Kyle has over 20 years of experience in the utility industry, spending 16 years with a major utility provider and then previously as the President of Southeast Connections. He has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University.

Josh Sargent has 25 years in the utility industry and joined Otis Minnesota Services in 2024 as Vice President of Operations and is now the Executive Vice President.
His journey began as a laborer in the storm and sewer utility sector, swiftly transitioning into the natural gas business. Progressing through roles in engineering, compliance, and operations at Vectren (now CenterPoint Energy).

Scott’s career began at GE where he held various roles across engineering, commercial operations, and sales for utility customers in the Power Generation industry. After 12 years at GE, he joined Volt Power, an Artera (then PowerTeam Services) Company, as the Commercial Leader.
In April 2020, he was named VP of Commercial Operations and Corporate Strategy for Artera and appointed to Chief Commercial Officer in 2022. Scott received his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and his MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.
Scott is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Jeff joined Miller Pipeline in November 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and became President in November 2025. With over 25 years of diverse experience in finance, operations, and business leadership across both manufacturing and field service industries, he has a proven track record of implementing successful strategic and tactical initiatives to drive growth and productivity. Jeff holds a Finance degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an MBA from DePaul University. He is active in industry and community initiatives and is committed to advancing Miller Pipeline’s legacy of safety, quality, commitment, and reputation.
