[close]Mr. Kirchner joined CD&R in 2016 and is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities. He has played a key role in the Firm’s investments in Brand Industrial Services, Cornerstone Building Brands, and Multi-Color Corporation. Prior to joining CD&R, he worked in the investment banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Kirchner has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in economics from Colgate University.

[close]Former CFO of Goodyear Tire & Rubber. She began her career at Goodyear in 1983 and served as director of investor relations and VP of finance for Goodyear North America prior to her role as CFO. Currently serves on the boards of Artera, Parker Hannifin and WESCO.
[close]Joel brings more than 20 years of global leadership experience to his role driving the strategic vision for Artera and identifying ways to increase value for our people, customers, and shareholders.
Before joining the Artera team in November 2022, Joel was the CEO of Dayco and a member of the company’s Board of Managers. Previously, he spent 18 years with BorgWarner and Dana in leadership positions with increasing responsibility, including roles in Mexico and China. His extensive automotive industry experience spans aftermarket, engine, drivetrain, and electrification products.
Joel earned a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton (Ill.) College, a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and an Executive MBA from Bowling Green State University.
Joel will be based in Atlanta, Georgia.
