Read Bio >Dale has more than 34 years of experience in the utility construction industry. He began his career as a laborer and rose through the ranks to become President and COO of MRM Network of Companies and later SVP for Quanta Services. Dale joined Miller Pipeline in 2009 as an EVP and became president and COO in June 2020. Dale has completed several prestigious leadership programs with MRM, Marquette University and Harvard’s School of Key Executives. Dale was appointed to his current role as president of Artera’s Gas Distribution Division in January 2022.
[close]Billy founded Southeast Connections in 1995, growing it into an industry-leading gas utility services company. In 2019, he started Hydro-X, providing hydro and air-knife excavation services for a variety of industrial and commercial applications. Hydro-X expanded its operations to the north with Hydro-X II. In 2021, Versiv Solutions was created, providing cross compression services to the natural gas industry. With the addition of Hydro-X and Versiv, Billy became president of the South Gas Division, which includes leadership of Southeast Connections, Hydro-X, Hydro-X II, and Versiv.
[close]Greg has over 35 years of experience and knowledge of the underground utility industry. Since managing construction projects for clients since 1985, Greg now serves as President for Feeney Brothers and the Artera North Gas Division. He continues to be involved with all major projects and brings his teamwork approach to lead the team and corporate culture committed to providing the utmost safety and loyalty to customers. As an active member of the North American Society for Trenchless Technology, Director of Northeast Gas Association (NGA), and Executive Board Director of Utility Contractors Association of New England (UCANE), he continues to influence industry policy and procedures.
[close]It was only natural that Casey Joyce would serve the company as a third-generation pipeline executive. After all, he has worked for Otis Eastern his entire life. Casey’s promotion to President and CEO came about only after years of immersing himself in numerous roles to gain a strong understanding of the company’s business.
After graduating from Cornell with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations, Casey worked his way up through the ranks, serving multiple roles with ever-increasing responsibilities. During his tenure with Otis Eastern, he has served as a project engineer, estimator, project manager, construction manager, and general superintendent.
In addition to a deep personal commitment to excellence fostered by his family’s heritage, Casey brings a keen understanding of progressive new technologies to his post as well as an integral understanding of the importance of safety in his role as a senior leader. Casey was appointed to his current role with Artera in May 2021.
