Read Bio >Dale has more than 34 years of experience in the utility construction industry. He began his career as a laborer and rose through the ranks to become President and COO of MRM Network of Companies and later SVP for Quanta Services. Dale joined Miller Pipeline in 2009 as an EVP and became president and COO in June 2020. Dale has completed several prestigious leadership programs with MRM, Marquette University and Harvard’s School of Key Executives.
[close]Doug brings nearly 30 years of experience in field construction and management to his role as president of Hydro-X II. Doug is a hands-on leader that places a strong emphasis on safety. He began his career as a laborer and pipefitter and quickly advance to leadership roles as an operations manager, general manager, superintendent and construction manager. Doug has been an active member of the Distribution Contractors Association (DCA) and is currently serving a 3-year term on the board of directors.
[close]Billy founded Southeast Connections in 1995, growing it into an industry leading gas utility services company. In 2019, he started Hydro-X, providing hydro and air-knife excavation services for a variety of industrial and commercial applications. With the addition of Hydro-X, Billy became president of the Southern Gas Division, which includes leadership of both Southeast Connections and Hydro-X.
[close]Ted brings more than 40 years of industry experience to his role as president of Minnesota Limited. He began as an accountant with Leonard Pipeline, before advancing to vice president. Ted went on to join Northern Pipeline as a vice president in their US Pipeline Division for four years before joining Minnesota Limited in 1999. While here, he has fulfilled roles as a project manager, director of operations and vice president of operations before assuming his current position as president in 2016. Ted is based in Big Lake, Minnesota.
[close]It was only natural that Casey Joyce would serve the company as a third-generation pipeline executive. After all, he has worked for Otis Eastern his entire life. Casey’s promotion to President and CEO came about only after years of immersing himself in numerous roles to gain a strong understanding of the company’s business.
After graduating from Cornell with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations, Casey worked his way up through the ranks, serving multiple roles with ever-increasing responsibilities. During his tenure with Otis Eastern, he has served as a project engineer, estimator, project manager, construction manager and general superintendent.
In addition to a deep personal commitment to excellence fostered by his family’s heritage, Casey brings a keen understanding of progressive new technologies to his post as well as an integral understanding of the importance of safety in his role as senior leader.
[close]Jim has more than 40 years of experience in the energy industry. He spent the first half of his career with Atlantic Richfield and the second half he spent with GE’s Energy Services division, where his most recent role was VP, Americas for GE Power Generation. Jim joined Volt Power in 2019 and earned his Business degree from the University of Phoenix.
[close]Dennis has more than 20 years of experience in the utility industry and has served on a number of industry boards including Wisconsin Underground Contractors Association (president), Distribution Contractors Association (director) and Midwest Energy Association (treasurer). He has a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University, a J.D. from Hamline University School of Law and is a member of the California and Wisconsin Bars. Dennis is based in New Berlin, Wisconsin.
[close]Shawn brings more than 20 years of experience and leadership within the power generation and oil and gas industries to his role as president of Hydro-X. Prior to his current role, Shawn was the director of operations with Artera Services where he led the MVerge integration and supported field productivity improvements in both Southeast Connections and KS Energy Services. He started his career as a flight test instrumentation technician with Lockheed Martin and went on to hold advancing roles in operations and services with GE Power and later FieldCore. Shawn holds degrees from the University of Phoenix in Business Management.
[close]Kyle brings more than 20 years of industry experience to his current role as president of Southeast Connections (SEC). He joined the company in 2016 as senior vice president and went on to succeed Billy Campbell as president in 2019. Prior to joining SEC, Kyle spent 16 years with Southern Gas Company and AGL Resources where he was responsible for the construction of both distribution and transmission pipelines across seven states. Kyle holds an Engineering degree from Auburn University.
